Prerequisites
Participants should have some previous computing experience and
ideally have peformed some web site testing themselves.
The course begins by recognising the scope and limits of testing in
particular; it then broadens to consider the impact of various quality
control and quality assurance techniques with respect to software in
general and the web in particular.
The strength and weaknesses of various software development
lifecycles are considered and the application to Internet based
application and complex commercial web sites.
